Back Bacon Joints are cut from cured pork loins. This traditional bacon joint is available in any weight varying from 700g up to 1.5kg to suit our customers’ needs.  This joint is also available in dry cure, this traditional process involves rubbing salt into the pork meat by hand.

Eye Loin Joint

This is a premium cut of meat from the eye of the pork loin. We cure with a low salt sweet cure to give us a beautiful flavour.  It has minimal fat and has 20% – 25% less salt than most other cuts.  It is ideal for those who are health conscious.  This product is available smoked or unsmoked, and we also produce it with a mixed pepper topping which is a very popular option for the consumer looking for something a little different.
