These are our speciality and our production lines have a huge capacity. Each of our production lines can produce over 2,500 units per hour of high quality joints. Callan Bacon can also provide a full range of fixed and variable joints in a wide variety of cures and different natural smokes. Below we have outlined two options in this category.

GAMMON JOINT RANGE – these are cut from gammon tubes and are available in any size from Callan Bacon. ENLARGE IMAGE HALF MOON JOINTS – in recent years we have found these to be a growing range with many consumers. This is probably due to the shape, size and ease of carving as they are cut from a gammon tube cut in half to provide the half moon shape. ENLARGE IMAGE
