PAUL WALSHE

As our Business Development Manager and NPD analyst, Paul is responsible for marketing and market development. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business studies specialising in Marketing, he also has substantial experience in the bacon processing sector and has held senior sales and marketing management roles abroad for many years.

 

MIROSLAV STOLBA

Miroslav Stolba - A Czech native, Miro is the NPD manager at Callan bacon. He is a seasoned professional and holds a diploma in food technology and a separate diploma in management practice.  He has over thirteen years experience in the food industry. Miro has worked throughout Europe and his strengths lie in identifying opportunities and offering products and solutions to meet these.

MICHAEL IVORS

Master Butcher - Michael is a master butcher by trade and offers substantial technical expertise and experience to our NDP team. He is an expert on the art of boning and has been our technical advisor for over six years in the new products unit.

DERMOT RYAN

Performing the role of sales manager, Dermot brings a wealth of experience and specific qualifications. He holds a degree in Food Business as well as a post grad in International selling. He also has over 12 years experience in the food industry and spent nine years working with one of the premium FMCG companies in Ireland and the UK. Dermot has substantial experience in products launch and market entry strategies in the sector.
