Callan Bacon’s manufacturing facility uses the most up to date manufacturing technology to deliver our wide range of products. These include a fully computerised traceability system from intake, incorporating all production processes, right through to dispatch.
Every product at each production process is tracked by our system using barcoded labels for full traceability, yield and stock control. Callan Bacon drives the continuous development of these systems to ensure superior quality, consistency and reliable supply.
The company operates a full HACCP system and is accredited by Bord Bia PQAS and by BRC at higher level.
