Michael is a master butcher by trade and offers substantial technical expertise and experience to our NDP team. He is an expert on the art of boning and has been our technical advisor for over six years in the new products unit.
A Czech native, Miro is a seasoned professional and holds a diploma in food technology and a separate diploma in management practice. He has over thirteen years experience in the food industry. Miro has worked throughout Europe and his strengths lie in identifying opportunities and offering products and solutions to meet these.
